Illustration based on Group of Seven artist Lawren Harris’ painting, “Mt. Lefroy”. Recreated in vector format in Adobe Illustrator.
Built entirely from vector objects in Adobe Illustrator, using no gradient meshes, only layer effects.
This illustration was done as an exercise when the Beatty Biodiversity Centre was considering a rebrand. We were attempting to create a logo that integrated plants, mammals, fish and insects in a form that resembled a yin-yang.
